Football Sunk By Maritime

Leicester, Mass- Maritime College had 566-yards of total offense, as the Privateers defeated Becker College 68-6 in college football action.

Running backs Jamie Spanopoulos (Franklin Square, NY) and Langston Woodie (Bradenton, Fla) combined for 248-yards and five touchdowns on the ground. Freshman Travis Scott (Pace, Fla) added a 73 yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

Alexander Todd (Merrick, NY) led the Privateers defense with eight tackles. Keith Barnes (Westbury, NY) added seven tackles, one sack and two tackles for a loss.

The Hawks scored their lone touchdown with 3:02 remaining in the game on a two-yard touchdown run by Thomas Pearson (Fort Washington, MD).

Jake Bateman (New Bedford, Mass) led the Hawks with eleven tackles. T'Shovee Bowery (Hartford, Conn) and Nicholas Bedard (Lowell, Mass) had eight tackles each.
