Becker College Victorious over Newbury in Men’s Golf Action

Brookline, Mass - The Hawks of Becker College proved to be too much for the Newbury Nighthawks in their match at Brookline Golf Club at Putterham.  Becker came away with the win by a score of 344-380 bringing their record to 1-0.  Newbury drops to 0-1 on the season.

 The Hawks' John Dinardi (East Haddam,CT/Nathan Hale-Ray) golfed a brilliant match, boasting a score of 74.  Matthew Vitukevich (Saugus, MA/Malden Catholic) registered a top score of 91 for the Nighthawks.  Also, golfing well for Newbury were sophomore Jaclyn Dean (Pittsfield, MA/Taconic) and  freshman, Andrew Benson (West Lebanon, NH/Lebanon) who finished with scores of 93 and 96, respectively.
