Women's Tennis Takes Home Two More NECC Awards

 PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Becker sophomore Catherine Sivret (Stow, Mass.) led her team to a 4-0 week defeating NECC Rivals Mitchell 9-0 and Newbury 9-0 twice. The Hawks also defeated non-conference opponent St. Joseph 6-3. Sivret went undefeated on the week taking four singles and four doubles matches.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK - Becker freshman Shawna McNally (Worcester, Mass.) tallied her best week thus far as a freshman Hawk. Becker went 4-0 defeating NECC Rivals Mitchell 9-0 and Newbury 9-0 twice. The Hawks also defeated non-conference opponent St. Joseph 6-3. In #4 and #5 singles action, McNally only gave up five points in 8 sets. #2 doubles were won 8-0, 8-1, 8-1 and 8-2 respectively for the week.
