Dig Pink Event Deemed A Success

Leicester, Mass- Becker College hosted the inaugural Dig Pink event on Friday night. Although the night was not a success for the Hawks on the court, off the court they raised over $800 for the Side-Out Foundation.

The Side-Out Foundation was established in 2004 by a group of individuals drawn together by their love of volleyball, but who also share a similar passion to be a part of the war against breast cancer.  Side-Out's mission is to raise money for the war against breast cancer through the recreational activity of volleyball.

The Becker College and Elms College volleyball teams would like to thank all the fans for their generous donations on Friday night.
