Women's Basketball falls to Framingham State

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. --- The Becker College women's basketball team lost 78-36 at Framingham State on Tuesday evening at the Framingham Athletic Center.

FOR THE HAWKS OF BECKER

  • Becker senior guard Cassidy Harrison (Foxborough, Mass. / Foxborough) led the Hawks with 13 points, seven rebounds and two steals.
  • Freshman forward Natasha Pacheco (Fairfax, Va. / WT Woodson) missed a double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds.

FOR THE RAMS OF FRAMINGHAM STATE

  • Freshman Katty Haidul (Wakefield, Mass.) recorded her first collegiate double double with a team-best 15 points and 11 rebounds in the game as she connected on 7-of-11 from the field.
  • Junior Camille Desrochers (Westford, Mass.) was the only other Ram in double figures with 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting from behind the arc.
  • Seniors Emily Velozo (Tewksbury, Mass.) and Julia Sanborn (Dracut, Mass.) chipped in with nine points apiece, while freshman Flannery O'Connor (Amesbury, Mass.) finished with eight.

UP NEXT
The Rams are back in action on Thursday night when they travel to Regis at 6 p.m., while the Hawks travel to Bay Path on Saturday at 3 p.m.
